Release of Liability, Privacy and Responsibility Statements for Locker Rental at TimberTop Adventures Inc.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES AS FOLLOWS:
• I assume responsibility for securing the locker by keeping it closed and locked when not in use; all responsibilities in keeping the combination number secret; all responsibilities involving any damage or vandalism to the locker or its lock, and stolen or lost items;
• I agree that TimberTop Adventures is not liable or responsible for any lost or stolen items, damage to the locker or lock or any other incident which may cause harm or damage to the locker, its contents, the lock, or to me. I assume all liability for such issues;
• I must remove all contents and return lock at the end scheduled booking to TimberTop Adventures front desk staff. Should the lock need to be cut from locker, or I fail to comply with the above, I will be subject to a twenty five dollar ($25.00) fee;
• I understand TimberTop Adventures is not responsible for any contents left in the lockers, and any items left at this point become property of TimberTop Adventures;
• TimberTop Adventures may attempt to contact Renter out of courtesy, but this is not the responsibility of TimberTop Adventures.
• I understand that TimberTop Adventures is not liable for any faulty locks. In the event that a lock proves faulty prior to use, return it to the TimberTop Adventure front desk staff and a replacement will be issued.
• I understand there will be NO refunds on locker fees.
By agreeing to this rental agreement and the terms and conditions therein the renter agrees to undertake all obligations and duties therein.
PROCEDURES AND FEES:
Any person wanting to rent a locker will be subject to the following procedures:
• Rental Fee – For locker rentals between the advertised start and end of the booking, the Renter will be required to pay a five dollar ($5.00) rental fee.
• Personal Information – A Renter must provide his or her name, phone number, and e-mail address in order to obtain access to a locker.
